The gill net

The gill net is formed by three nets placed parallel, stretched vertically on the bottom with the help of weights and floats, of which the central one is not very tight and small meshed, while the others are quite tight and wide meshed: the fish hit the gill net and remain trapped, the small ones in the middle net and the larger ones in the pockets of the same middle net through the mesh which extends itself under the weight of the fish.
